My stay was amazing

Liked: The hotel staff a as very accommodating and the hotel was in the middle of everything. I was able to walk to all attractions except for the spa. Although I had to get a cab to the spa, it was a very short ride.

Liked: The two employees working at the front desk were absolutely exceptional!!!! They were helpful and kind and just all around amazing guys. Michael 3-11 and Victor 11-7. We came for a gymnastics competition for our daughter, I booked months ago and thought nothing of it. Many of the other families booked with the event. Friends of ours were among those families, they had a horrible experience at Ceasers. Victor was so helpful and kind. He was able to get them a room so they could get settled for the night it was after midnight and they had spent 2 hours at ceasers. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable during our check in he was informative and created a warm welcome to our stay. Thanks for all your help guys:)
