Awful people

Liked: My booking.com was not honored and had to pay out of pocket for my stay. I a still being charged with affirm through booking.com for a reservation that was not honored.
Disliked: Customer service was awful. The man working was very upset that we cane in and he told us we would have to wait 4 hours before we could stay there. I’m an organ courier and broke down. He was very rude. No one including the operations manager will help us with any of our issues. I’m filling a police report due to my money being stolen.

Excellent place to stay in...

Liked: Very clean hotel, nice spacious room and very friendly staff! Everyone was super helpful, polite and diligent. Highly recommended.
Disliked: The steep hill up if you're walking to the hotel ;)

Good place to stay.

Liked: We were told that the breakfast was complimentary between certain hours and that coffee was available all day. Then on the day we went down for breakfast, we were told that the bistro was closed and we were told of 3 other restaurants in the area. We went to a restaurant called Grits and Eggs. On our last day, we wanted to eat at the bistro and was told that a small cup of coffee was $3.00 since we had checked out. Everyone was very nice, but we never got to have a breakfast there in the Bistro.
Disliked: Overall, there was nothing that I had a real problem about.
