Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the fact of the secured parking lot. The room was very clean. We have a room with a view of the city which I liked.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that I saw one price for parking and it seemed much more than what I saw based on what I was charged for parking. That just needs to be made aware of.

Booking.com will take your money...

Liked: Nothing. Booki.com is nothing more than a scam online.
Disliked: Hotel didn't have any water so they hotel cancelled my reservation. Booking.com won't refund my hotel reservation that was cancelled. You can't get through using the phone to speak to anyone.

Poor

Disliked: A duplicate payment was made, but no feedback is being given. When a customer makes a reservation, they must first check to see if prepayment has been made, but additional on-site payment was made immediately without saying anything, resulting in a duplicate payment.

Superb

I would recommend this hotel,...

Liked: The room was nice/spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice. It was clean. The staff was nice/helpful. I like the on-site parking. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Fox Theater. It's literally a minute away.
Disliked: The view from our room was ugly. The restaurant and bar was closed because of the Microsoft outage. It made things a little inconvenient and more expensive.

Disliked: These people at the front desk did not use the figure you gave me. Today they are charging all kinds of $50, $100, $400, $400_, $250, I don't even know what these charges are gor.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very comfortable, clean, and what we needed. The hotel itself was very clean and always had someone available to help if needed. The parking garage was incredibly helpful since it's connected to the hotel and the elevator takes you straight to the lobby.
Disliked: The elevators in the garage aren't connected to the rooms floors. You have to go to the lobby and take a separate elevator. It's not bad just slightly annoying since the elevators to the rooms have buttons to the garage that do nothing.
