Night at the fox with...

Liked: The only complaint we would have is the smell in the lobby. The air freshener is VERY strong.

Such a great area, easy...
Liked: Clean, courteous, parking is easy, so close to the Fox, nice to have a restaurant on sight. Will stay again.
Disliked: Restaurant was limited and the service was a bit slow… strange hours for being near the theatre. Could use an extra hour to catch theatre goers.

Great location for the Fox...
Liked: The rooms were spacious and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: We had booked 2 months in advance and requested connecting rooms. The front desk clerk confirmed that he saw the note. We were not given connecting rooms, and our rooms weren't even close to each other. They were on opposite sides of the 9th floor.

Disappointing experience
Liked: Good location and clean rooms
Disliked: I booked a room with breakfast but one of the staff at the reception argued with me saying that breakfast was not included and that I had to call booking.com for support/clarifications. After spending more than one hour on the phone and arguing with her she kept being dismissive and almost laughing at my face. Finally, she was able to see in the system that breakfast was included. A most frustrating experience.
