Great hotel; friendly front desk and bar staff.
Liked: Nice hotel; very quiet.

We won’t stay again.
Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: The tub hardly drained and had standing water, breakfast was included but we had to fight for it.

Liked: The location was very nice, they had a very nice smoking area,the room was comfortable
Disliked: They charged me $20 to park my vehicle which I think is totally bs they charged me $100 even though my security deposit was already paid, they told us wrong about a free continental breakfast and the biggest and most important thing was in the middle of the night while me and my wife was sleeping a security guard woke us up knocking on our door claiming he heard a fire alarm which was totally bs in my opinion I will never use that hotel chain again and probably start using air bnb for that experience

Liked: The room was clean and ok though not often cleaned. It was cleaned twice for the 7 days I was at the property
Disliked: Through booking.com, the agreement was to pay cash at the property. On arrival, the hotel had a much higher rate from what booking.com was showing. Then, the hotel wouldn't accept cash as if we paid cash, we would pay 5 times more than the actual cost which was so unfair and different from the initial information given by the booking.com app. Also, the hotel was always distancing themselves from the booking.com application and it seemed as if they didn't not subscribe to it.
