Liked: The bartender and it was close to Pullman Yards.
Disliked: The employees that I encountered weren’t very friendly or helpful. Parking was a disaster and if you aren’t out of the parking deck by 11 (check out time) your key card expires and you can’t get out which means a line of people pile up behind you and you have to make everyone back up so you can try to figure out how to get out. There wasn’t any conditioner in the room or at the pool.

If you can spend 30...

Liked: Location is great. It's one of only two large chain hotels this proximity the Square. Pool is well kept. Gym is well appointed and clean. Room was clean aside from the fact that the (ceramic?) floors feel greasy.
Disliked: This is all fixable stuff but here it is... Staff is rude to non-existent. Want to call the front desk for any reason? Sorry, they literally NEVER answer. Overpriced starbucks kiosk selling very much NOT Starbucks coffee. Pool towels are almost comically small. Mostly, they need to hire or train more or better staff. I've stayed here in the past and had a better experience. Do something with those floors, I beg you! I prefer a hard floor to a carpeted one, but either the material used or the cleaning product makes them feel disgusting underfoot.
