Our stay was fine.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. It was seasoned well and the portions were more than enough.
Disliked: Our room was cold and the heat would not rise up for comfort. The staff brought us a space heater whuch was fine.

Our go-to in Decatur

Liked: This is the third time we have stayed here, and the staff- especially the front desk person- has always been super-friendly. The rooms are always extra spacious.
Disliked: The beds are a bit firm for my taste, as I don't remember them being so stiff. My biggest complaint is how the doors are weighted as to self-close. This lends them to slamming shut in the middle of the nigh/early morning hours by non-conscientious guests. We can't fault the hotel for this... but people should take note and be more considerate.

Disliked: There were a few front desk employees who were unhelpful but others who were wonderful. So consistency of your front desk is an issue.

Liked: Great lobby plus a pool and gym. Comfy beds. Location is excellent!
Disliked: The room was older and hadn’t been renovated just furniture was replaced. Despite the location, it was expensive for what it was.
