Disliked: Handed 2 bottles of water and told DO NOT DRINK THE WATER but showers were SAFE. When I asked the check-in lady she refused to tell me what was wrong with drinking the water? She refused to tell me anything all three times I asked.The hotel was very hard to find. Won't stay at this hotel again.

Liked: Breakfast was included in the booking price and there is an elevator directly to the parking garage so you don't have to go outside to get to and from your car. Also the hotel was very accommodating for our situation. We had to leave one of our vehicles in the parking garage so my husband could drive myself and the children back home because I got sick.
Disliked: The night staff completely ignored me when I first came in. They were doing something on their computer and didn't even bother looking up or asking me to please wait while they completed whatever they were doing. They also didn't explained to me that there was an elevator from the parking garage so we had our two small children out in the cold night air trying to get from the parking garage to the inside of the hotel. Also, we booked a king room and got two queens instead. I couldn't sleep all night because the bed was too small for the children and myself (I forgot to bring the pack n play). Also the room and bathroom were very small (I'm used to Hilton hotels that have larger rooms and have large walk in showers). There was not even a sofa in the room and the fridge was tiny. The room and decorations looked outdated.
