I was so disappointed in...

Liked: The breakfast was ok little costly but well prepared.
Disliked: The rooms needs to be updated, also your towels are old and needs to be replaced the facility didn't have any extra towels to replace the old hard dry towels. So I went to Walmart to purchase new ones for my stay.

Not awful but wont return.

Liked: Location of this place was nice and the staff was very kind. my negative review on this place has nothing to do with the staff I encountered because they were helpful and kind. It was cleanish.
Disliked: The facility was not worth the price. The indoor pool was not heated and the temperature in the room was very cold therefore the water was very cold. Pool was the main reason we chose this location but I guess I should've called first to ask if it was heated. It's labeled spa but there was nothing spa related. There was only 2 towels in the king suite and no extra linens for the pull out bed. (the sofa bed was incredibly hard) The wifi was very laggy, Netflix kept loading. No bags in the trash cans. When we woke up the bathroom was covered in ants. COVERED in ants. They could've carried me away. There was no microwave in the room to warm food and the coffee maker was very cheap, you could only use their coffee with it. Not k cups or ground coffee of your picking. The outlets were lose, I used my laptop for charging. House keeping woke us up 3 hours before our check out time and was waiting at the door on us as we walked out. Wont return again due to the price being way too high for the quality of stay. Ill post a small snip of the ant invasion.

Good facility and great staff.

Liked: It was a decent location with shopping and restaurants. It was also very close to where I was visiting. The staff members were great!
Disliked: It was extremely difficult leaving the facility and getting onto the main highway.
