I've stayed in a number of Courtyard by Marriott hotels and was quite disappointed in this one. Our room wasn't ready and the individual at the front desk didn't appear to be too concerned. I will not be visiting this location again, but will continue staying at Marriott properties.

Disliked: Our room was not ready when promised; front desk attendant wasn't very friendly or helpful.

Just a place to sleep....

Disliked: Halls and elevators were dirty.No water in the room. Had to request clean towels and wash clothes and to have the room cleaned. Second Television missing from suite.

Disliked: Key machine didn’t work at first and had to wait a few minutes , still haven’t gotten my $20 deposit back yet
