Liked: Convenience to the airport
Disliked: All they were selling was convenience to the airport. The bathtubs--in two rooms--didn't seal so you could take a bath. The ice water near check in--was empty, was reported, and two hours later it was still empty. Told us to go to the gym where there was another water machine. Yeah, except it was room temperature. The check-in; well, they were on the phone the whole time. We were in a non-airport Courtyard last month that tried. This one--doesn't try at all. They are close to the airport; why should they be expected to go beyond that?

Liked: The bed was great, and it was close to the airport!
Disliked: No great food or beverage choices, and the staff could be more responsive.

Liked: The front desk was very good and accommodating. Helped me with every detail.
Disliked: Nothing i can think of
