Liked: For a 150 dollars you'd think you could at least offer a continental breakfast for free For a 150 dollars you'd think you could offer some free pay channels. None were offered.

Liked: Great lounge area. Room.was clean. Staff Was great
Disliked: The pull out couch was not comfortable at all...hardly a mattress on it. The breakfast was really expensive

Pleasant! I'd come again.

Liked: The facilities were nice, the view of my room was nice. I liked that there was a Starbucks in the hotel. Staff was great.
Disliked: The headboard in my room was greasy and not clean with other people's head sweat. Kind of gross.

It was fine and when...

Liked: Convenience - move in to Michigan
Disliked: I stayed there a month ago. During this visit the elevator was still malfunctioning leaving guest confused and used stairs. The communication and signs could have been better.
