Really lovely staff, really lovely...

Liked: It was clean, and the room was really lovely. Loved having the big space with the table. The staff were really friendly and it was handy having the shop downstairs.
Disliked: The shower pressure was pretty bad

Don’t stay here

Liked: Really the only good thing was the location
Disliked: Service was terrible They double charged my stay I made and pay the reservation a month earlier here at booking.com They charged my card again when we check in $500 they ruined our vacation trip I was counting with that money for paying tickets to Disneyland they make a mistake and they don’t do nothing to take responsibility and fixed even after i explained the situation. I won’t ever go back to this hotel is not worth it Plus we have to take showers with terrible sewage smell coming from the toilet mattress were old we were waking up every morning with back pain!!!
