Disliked: Check in was disappointing and getting there at 1:00 a.m. to be told we had to go to a different hotel. Then having to spend one night at one hotel and then go back for the second night. Then when I called they told me my reservation was canceled. Half of the hotel was shut down to two sprinkler systems going off and that's why I couldn't stay the first night. They comped me one night for the hotel next door but it was a hassle bringing everything back and forth. The staff and everybody was nice it was just very inconvenient. They said it happened around 9:00 at night I called at 6:00 p.m. to confirm our reservation and I just wish they would have gave me a heads up when the hotel issues happened instead of having a show with three kids at 1:00 a.m. at the wrong Hotel

Disliked: Toilet holder broken remote didn’t work for tv hot tub wasn’t hot when asked to turn the heat up they weren’t able too didn’t get cleaning service the whole time I was here had to stop the housekeepers to get trash bags and towels

Disliked: Didn’t like that I had booked a non-refundable room and then fees for parking alwere tacked on at the hotel. After I paid on booking my reservation said $0.00 due at hotel, but was charged a parking fee by attendant.Was told by attendant that $0.00 due on reservation didn’t mean anything! Decided to stay at competitor up the street that doesn’t charge extra fees without notifying during booking!!

Disliked: Don’t stay here! There are no security cameras around the hotel. Not enough parking and yet they charged $12 for parking when we checked in(there was no hotel security so not sure what we are paying for). We had to park in the back of the hotel with insufficient lighting. They had the back door locked so you could not enter or exit even with a key card. Needless to say our truck was broken into at 3 am in the morning.
