Superb

Highly recommend Altoona Courtyard Marriott....

Liked: Jasmine, front desk, was amazing. She allowed an early check in because we came to town for a funeral and needed to change for the service before 3pm. All other staff were friendly and accommodating. hotel was clean and n a great location
Disliked: Was surprised there was no free coffee in the morning. The coffee in our room didn’t have creamer or sugar so went to lobby to get coffee and realized I had to pay for “Starbucks” in the bistro. Not a criticism just have gotten so used to free coffee (and often breakfasts) at that I was surprised that wasn’t offered here

Disappointing

Liked: I stayed 1 day and refuse to refund my over payment I was supposed to pay you at the location with cashBut you say no
Disliked: Check outside the room bird next and shit all over the floor

Liked: Location to surrounding restaurants
Disliked: For the price, I was to receive two queen beds and received a room with a King bed and suited for ADA compliance. The entrance door looked as if someone attempted to break in. You can see out into the hallway around the door frame. Sound level was terrible. The plugs are outdated and no USB ports for charging. The tv console looked like it was dragged behind a truck. I travel for work and stay at many Courtyards. this by far is the worst I stayed in for the price. the only positive was the staff.

Very good

Worn but still comfortable

Liked: The air conditioning worked great and there was plenty of hot water.
Disliked: The furnishing was in need of replacing, chips and cracks in dresser and desk. There was also a hole in the carpet.

Exceptional

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and the front desk and gentlemen working the bar were wonderful.
Disliked: We enjoyed everything

Liked: The check in staff were awesome and welcoming. Sheets were clean and smelled great. Water was hot and shower was great! Loved the supplies on the wall of the shower.
Disliked: Needs major updates. Furniture was a mess and stained. Inside light shades in our room were all cracked or broken.
