Ok, place to stay.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The 1st room they wanted to put me in had someone in it already. Front desk gentleman told me no one was in the room when I informed him that another ladies was already staying in room 103. He was so upset with me that he showed me the screen. I had to point out that we had the same last name but different first names. 2nd room was too hot and smelled of smoke. A/C showed set temperature at 61 but temp of room was 78, so A/C was not working. The front desk person was not happy to see me again. 3rd room finally worked. Poor outside lighting for the parking lot at night. Very dark parking lot. Only 1 elevator for 3 floors. Room 203 needs a deep cleaning.

It was a wonderful experience...

Liked: It was clean, the staff was so friendly and informed us of all the facility amenities and times the restaurant opened and closed..
Disliked: Nothing

There was no stay, they...

Disliked: We arrived at the Marriot Courtyards at about 4pm. Went to check in at the front desk. The front desk clerk advised us that there was no reservation made. That our credit card was denied. I spoke to the staff and told him that we made the reservations through Booking.com. He advised me that there was no reservation in our name, so we left and started to drive back to New Orleans.

Everything was perfect, we room...

Liked: The staff were amazing. There was only 1 lady working in the bar, that was also the chef and the waitress, through all of those responsibilities she was very pleasant, very professional and made all of her customers feel special. The receptionist made us feel so welcomed. The hospitality here made us feel special. Thank you.
Disliked: There was a mildew looking spot on the ceiling in the shower and the shower curtain needed to be replaced. I let the receptionist know, he said he would let the housekeeper manager know and thanked me for letting him know.
