Nice people, good facilities, below...

Liked: Kenneth at front desk was excellent. Covered secure parking lot was good. Lounge with food and beverages was good. Lobby was large and comfortable. Shuttle to Reagan AIrport a big plus.
Disliked: Initially put in noisy room with horrible and even noisier HVAC system. Second room was better though shower / bath was pretty weak (difficult to get water to come out of shower instead of bath faucet).

Liked: The outside of the property was nice. Once we got to our room it was not what I expected , especially for the price. The room wasn’t the best but we made it work. The a/c had an issue when we initially got there & the maintenance came & fixed it. When house cleaning asked if we wanted the room clean , I said yes , the only reason she asked was because I asked her for towels. She told me later she would come & do it. It was basically around 8 PM Saturday , when she came back & she came with a man , then when she asked again I told her yea , but in the most rudest way , she told us to get out of the room. I just said never mind. I thought cleaning was apart of their job & it was something automatically included with the room . The staff was very rude and no one did anything they said they would. Your night time early morning staff is horrible

Disliked: When I first checked in, was placed in a room on 11th where heat was broken, then referred to neighboring room (on 11th) where heat lackage was same. Finally, given a room on 2nd floor...all okay.
