TV was not working well - called up but it wasn't fixed; no free breakfast; no water pressure; no bags in trash; only one coffee for two people and no microwave, yet it was advertised.

Liked: It's always nice here. 3rd time going. But the 3rd time I had some small issues.
Disliked: There was trouble with the room after I was given an option to change upon arrival. First, the tv didn't work. They did offer us a different room, but it wasn't a huge deal. Then they called around midnight, and I'm half asleep. I didn't answer the phone. Then the front desk came up and asked me some questions and I couldn't remember everything but I guess it was a room for someone else. They offered a free breakfast for the trouble. I didn't take it just because I had to leave right away. First time that's ever happened, so it's not a miserable experience, just an odd one.

Unexpected Overnight Parking Fee...Really?

Liked: We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard for its proximity to ABQ airport to catch an early morning flight. The location is not as close to the airport as other properties, but close enough, relatively speaking. We arrived too late to have dinner at the on-premise restaurant and departed too early to have breakfast. We did find the bed and pillows to be very comfortable.
Disliked: We were incredibly annoyed to be charged $10 to park our car for an overnight stay. Perhaps I missed the "fine print" when booking this property. We've stayed at several other ABQ airport hotels and have NEVER had to pay to park our car overnight. Also, for the money we paid, our room at the ABQ Marriott Courtyard was by far the smallest of any of the other hotels where we've stayed before catching early morning flights. The room provided the basic amenities, but the decor was dated and it just felt really cramped. While the parking amount charged was relatively nominal, it seems like a really terrible way to engender customer loyalty, like they've taken a page out of the airline industry "hidden fee" playbook. I won't book this property again.

Disliked: The lady at the front desk was pretty negative about the lobby design, really not making us feel welcome. The carpet was dirty, hair all over the bathroom. A weird funky smell was in the room

Disliked: The shuttle to the airport was not available, which was the whole point of staying there. I had to get an Uber which I had to pay for.
