Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The elevator broke down Friday night. I use a wheelchair so I needed the elevator with me being on the 2nd floor. It should've been repaired that night. I needed the elevator Saturday morning and it wasn't repaired so I had to wait till somebody came to repair it. I should definitely be compensated for that and having to wait. All of the handicapped parking was filled by the time I made it to the Albany Civic Center. Repaired service should've been done that night. I'm sure a repairman is on call or should be. They were not prepared at all and I couldn't get parking. Unacceptable.

Liked: The staff was nice and friendly, and the room was clean. We were pleased with the overall experience at the Courtyard By Marriot-Albany.
Disliked: We were supposed to have a microwave and refrigerator - luckily we didn't need them anyway.
