Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The elevator broke down Friday night. I use a wheelchair so I needed the elevator with me being on the 2nd floor. It should've been repaired that night. I needed the elevator Saturday morning and it wasn't repaired so I had to wait till somebody came to repair it. I should definitely be compensated for that and having to wait. All of the handicapped parking was filled by the time I made it to the Albany Civic Center. Repaired service should've been done that night. I'm sure a repairman is on call or should be. They were not prepared at all and I couldn't get parking. Unacceptable.

Liked: The staff was nice and friendly, and the room was clean. We were pleased with the overall experience at the Courtyard By Marriot-Albany.
Disliked: We were supposed to have a microwave and refrigerator - luckily we didn't need them anyway.

Liked: I loved the reception area and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was large and clean. The location was great for my trip.

Liked: Location to my event.
Disliked: First, the facility was not to my liking. My husband had to KILL A ROACH in our room. (2) It took the night front dress person at least 45minutes to an hour to get us checked into our room. (3) We went to an event and returned and could not get into our room. We prepaid for three days. (4) The front dress clerk was supposed to re-key, but when we returned to the hotel, we could not get into the room. Ask for the room to be cleaned after returning from a long hot event the room was not clean. We had to go down to the front dress to get clean towels. (5) One front dress clerk stated we could not charge items to our room, the next night the front dress clerk stated that we could. We will never stay at one of your facilities again. I will share this all my friends and family and we travel a great deal.

The desk clerks were nice...

Liked: Check in area and eating area was nice and clean.
Disliked: My room had a half used bottle of chocolate milk in room refrigerator. There was a large roach on its back dead in front of toilet. There was no shower curtain on the curtain bar for tub.
