Friendliest staff; awesome breakfast; clean room; comfortable bed. Front desk was so helpful and personable! All the staff was so welcoming and greeted you as you passed them like they all loved being there. Such a breath of fresh air being at a nice, relaxing, comfortable hotel! So close to Blossom with all the amenities that you need. No doubt in my mind where we will be staying when we come back to Blossom! Normally I don't do these reviews, but I have to brag about this hotel because my experience was that excellent!

Liked: We chose the package that included breakfast and we’re so glad we did! It was delicious with several yummy choices. There was a problem with our payment through a third party and the office staff was very helpful with resolving the issues. Hats off to Danielle the assistant general manager for following up a few days later!

Disliked: Elevators were smelly and dirtyWater was yellow Awoke by the fire alarms Was told I paid extra for the free breakfast... there wasn't a free breakfast, I had to pay We asked the front desk about the concert venue and they weren't very helpful. Complete opposite advice was given!
