Liked: Warm welcome, good facilities and spacious room
Disliked: Wasn't mad for breakfast selection

Have stayed here a few...

Liked: Staff were on the whole good
Disliked: Carpet in room was manky.Had to wipe my feet when I left. Everything in bathroom seems to be loose.

Pleasant sleep, rude awakening

Liked: Comfortable, quiet rooms.
Disliked: Housekeeping opened the door into the room at 08:30 while I was asleep, no knock, no apology.

Alright.... Just alright. Worth the...

Liked: The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable
Disliked: Given the Marriott name, I expected a lot more if I'm honest. The room was premium price, but it didn't feel like the hotel was anything beyond a standard budget place and the restaurant was quite average (although the staff were nice). There was nothing glaringly wrong with the hotel, but it certainly wasn't value for money! I would have been just as comfortable in one of the other hotels in the area for a lot less.
