Amazing stunning hundred percent would...

Liked: Very easy to find lovely location love all the detail inside the hotel beautifully done feature as you walk in with the soldier is absolutely amazing Staff absolutely lovely very smiley polite it was my first day had a free upgrade, which was beautiful. The room was amazing as well. Could use the swimming pool spa area beautiful restaurant downstairs definitely amazing.
Disliked: Only things I didn’t like was as a five star hotel there was a few things in the room which need to be addressed and fixed. I would say that the bed base was a bit worn on the edges and the toilet roll holder. You could see what they tried to fix it back on the wall, but it look really nice for a five star and also the little ledge that you can put things on in the bathroom under the mirror was like bending it could come off at any point. And a big stain on the seating area of either window on the wall I would still say its a five star hotel all the way just a few little things need to be adjusted detail is everything I think personally.

Liked: The staff went above and beyond during our stay. We even got a guided tour of the building. Excellent stay
Disliked: Parking was 5 minutes from the hotel and not easy to find

Liked: Good location , nice spa, nice staff , good restaurant
Disliked: Bath wasn’t clean , central heating was on very hot when we got in , got our room service wrong multiple times

Liked: Room was very up market. Comfortable bed, spacious.
Disliked: Sauna and Steam rooms were not very hot
