The room was good but...

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location of the hotel was good.
Disliked: The staff were rude. They ignored us when we first arrived at reception. When they finally decided to talk to us they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They asked me to pay for the room even though I had already paid!. They didn't apologise. We felt like an inconvenience rather than guests as they seemed to be more interested in talking to each other rather than us. The hotel itself lacked atmosphere and didn't feel welcoming. We didn't see any other guests throughout our stay.

Disliked: No signal on my phone and no signal on the tv had to watch stuff on my phone. Also when using the spa they don’t offer u anything to drink ? Only if u are having a treatment lol ridiculous. (Bubble) only have normal lemon and lime water but others can get bubble when having a treatment.

I attempted to get it sorted the previous night, but it remained unresolved. However, when I reached out to Vishal, he sprang into action without hesitation. Not only did he address the issue promptly, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied. His willingness to step out of his comfort zone and lend a helping hand was genuinely commendable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their guests, and Vishal is indeed a gem in the Courthouse Hotel’s team.While my overall experience was positive, I must mention that the food was somewhat disappointing compared to the delightful menu I remembered from my last visit. I hope the hotel considers revamping the dining options to match the high standards set by their exceptional staff.Nonetheless, it was Vishal’s outstanding service that will bring me back to the Courthouse Hotel. His attentiveness and genuine care for guests are qualities that should be celebrated. Thank you, Vishal, for making my stay memorable! I look forward to returning, hoping to see some improvements in the menu alongside the excellent service.
