Liked: The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a decent sized kettle, good amounts of tea, coffee and milk sachets. The bathroom was very big and clean with ample towels. The staff were extremely helpful when we were stranded in Wales an extra day, and they were very accommodating of our needs. Breakfast was included in the price and the Welsh fry up was excellent with good portions. The Nepalese restaurant on-site did great food, really tasty and not greasy. The surrounding grounds were beautiful. All in all, a great stay.

Disliked: Mould on the wallsBathroom was smallHotel was taken over by a children's party which went on for hours, happy for the party but it was very noisy and we had trouble accessing the stairs to go to our room a few times due to the number of children on the staircase.
