Disliked: Staff horrible! Then wanted to charge me 200 deposit for my service animal!!!!!

Liked: The staff was super nice.
Disliked: It was loud all hours of the night. There were men yelling and hollering. The cops showed up and beat on the door next to me for twenty mins or more. The lady next to us was loud you could hear everything. The shower was filthy the comforter had burns in it. The actual bed itself looked like it had pee stains all over it. We left a day early because of all of it. It was definitely a waste of money and we should have gotten a refund.

Will never go back there.

Disliked: The place was nasty blood on the sheets cigarette burns in the covers and the smell was horrible like mold in the rooms

Disliked: The hotel was filthy the rooms reeked of alcohol beds looked unclean and completely made toilet fell off the toilet no towels in the rooms floor vacuumed totally unacceptable. I could not even stay the first night. I checked out the next day.

Liked: The location was good, close to the event that I was there for.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room in general, and the bathroom in particular left quite a bit to be desired. The furniture was in pretty poor condition, and there were no phones in the rooms.
