Disliked: Immediately after checking in we noticed that this place had an infestation of bugs. Bugs were all over the ceiling, although I was unable to capture them all. I have pictures and videos and management is still in denial. I was refused a refund. I called back regarding the matter today. Someone hung up in my face and refused to answer after I called back. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Health. This is unacceptable.

Disliked: We got there at 1230am amd it was closed. We rang the doorbell. The manager finally woke up and came to the door in his boxers and told me he was closed. I told him I had reservations amd he told me it was closed amd to cancel.. at 1230 in the morning driving 7 hours and had to find other accommodations.. the manager was very rude.
