Liked: Excellent staff. I was traveling with perishable items and the staff were kind enough to make sure I had everything I needed, including a mini fridge in my room upon request. They also were kind enough to show me around the hotel. Very comfortable stay and cute rooms!

Liked: This is such a cute place. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect.
Disliked: These aren't necessarily negative experiences for myself, but just a heads up to those who might need to know. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms, although I did notice a microwave in the lobby area. Everything is dated but clean. There are no frills here, but a great value for a comfy room.

Excellent, comfortable, cozy, staff are...

Liked: The property was clean. The location was extremely convenient with a lot of good nearby options for food. The room was cozy and comfortable. However, the real show stopper was the staff. The person at the front desk who checked me in was exceptional. I asked about a good spot for pizza…. It was New Year’s Eve. She recommended a local place and said, “I’m not sure if the hours”. By the time I got settled into my room, she called to let me know she googled it (even though I said I would check into it). And let me know it closed in an hour. She was so sweet and engaging. The housekeeper also was very friendly. It was just a different level of experience. I loved it.
Disliked: No fridge in the room. There is a microwave, but again, not in the room. No coffee machine in the room. Amenities were bare bones.
