Liked: The breakfast was good. The lobby was beautifully decorated.
Disliked: Upon entering, staff was seated in a dark room to the left of the desk. No warm welcome! No internet! Staff came to our room to help figure out why and came to our room with a child (was he hers?). Access to get off the highway had construction and we couldn't cross 3 lanes to exit. Had to back track. No soda machines worked. Coffee was cold in the lobby. Visible dirt throughout the halls and elevator. Bathroom wasn't the greatest, caulking cracked. Cheap towels.

Overall we felt very relaxed...

Liked: The location was perfect. Easy access to get around to everything. The staff was very kind and helpful with providing directions.
Disliked: The only two things we could think of was the fly issue you all must still be having around the windows. Especially the rooms facing the parking lot. We did not mention it or complained, but we went ahead and cleaned up the flies. Also, the toilets need to be much higher.
