Will never stay there again

Liked: It was okay small selection
Disliked: Giving me a reimbursement for leaving early. Had to leave at 4:30 PM and instead of charging me for a late check out I was charged for the whole day.

Superb

Liked: The location was perfect for us off I-81, unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed due to a pump issue (not their fault). The beds were large and very comfortable. The breakfast was hot and good. The shower was also very hot with good water pressure. I would stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was amazing. We had some issues with our vehicle and they were very accommodating and allowed us to check out a little later than 12pm. Everything was clean and stocked. The breakfast was good. Highly recommend.

Very Nice

Liked: Very nice hotel and a much better bargain than the Tru who we stayed with on the way up! We come thru here a few times a year we will be back!
Disliked: No hot Oatmeal being allergic to milk this is a go to but they did have good breakfast overall.

We will likely not stay...

Liked: Not much. We were tired, and this provided a place to sleep.
Disliked: It seemed like we could hear everything.Every step another guest took in the hallway or upstairs registered as stomping.The breakfast was bad. The coffee was not good. There were zero options for a person with dietary restrictions.
