Liked: Breakfast okay. Location good.
Disliked: Entry door gap. Small, dark room and lighting. Nothing like other Country Inn & Suites we have stayed at.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The staff was excellent. We had accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room. Once we checked in and realized the error the person at checkin took the time to find a room for us that much better fit our needs. The hospitality made this a great stay!!!

Liked: It was okay small selection
Disliked: Giving me a reimbursement for leaving early. Had to leave at 4:30 PM and instead of charging me for a late check out I was charged for the whole day.

Superb
Liked: The location was perfect for us off I-81, unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed due to a pump issue (not their fault). The beds were large and very comfortable. The breakfast was hot and good. The shower was also very hot with good water pressure. I would stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing
