Liked: When I arrived they did not have the room that I had reserved with Booking.com!They were very kind & upgraded us to a renovated suite, which was very nice, clean & lots of room!

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Breakfast area was small and spread out over two separate areas due to construction. Our room was newly renovated and very comfortable.
Disliked: After we booked on booking.com and made our non-refundable payment we found a significantly better rate on another site. Very disappointing.

Liked: I don't mind the renovations going on and looks better than before. Staff are friendly and all. Breakfast is okay. There are not many choices, but it's still good if you're looking for something light to eat.
Disliked: What i dont like about the stay was every night; the neighbor kept me up all night, banging on the door, screaming, shouting at each other. And it happened for 2 nights straight. And it's almost every time I stay in this hotel. Just for once, I'd like a relaxing stay without all this chaos happening all the time.And don't get me wrong, I like to stay there it's just when I'm trying to sleep. That's what bothers me most.
