This hotel is acceptable, as long as you don't look too closely. The place needs refurbishing, since it's showing a lot of wear and tear, probably from the constant stream of construction workers who stay there.

Liked: Sort of quiet. Hot breakfast.
Disliked: Sort of shabby, especially for the price. Pool closed. No water pressure and little flow in shower/tub.

It was the worst experience...

Liked: Kasha at the front desk was very nice but the room was not good. We saw a bed bug when we got there and told the front desk staff immediately. She kindly gave us another room, but the mattress had so many lumps you could see them under the bedspread!!!!! We took pictures. At this point, kasha showed us two other rooms and the mattresses there were exactly the same. We did not stay!! Kasha said that she was very sorry and would have the company issue a refund to my credit card. I have not received it yet and this is the 5th day. Hopefully, it will show up tomorrow so that I will not have to call them.
Disliked: No bed bugs!!!!!!!Better mattress!!!!!!!! It looked so lumpy we didn’t dare lay down on it because of the bed bugs, but you could see huge lumps in the mattress. It was the worst I have ever seen!!!!!! KASHA AT THE FRONT DESK WAS THE ONLY GOOD THING!!!!!!!!

Liked: The first night we found a bed bug in our room. So we were moved to another upgrade room, The hot water didn’t work the whole weekend, nor did the internet

Disliked: Carpets were filthy, missing paint on molding, no handles on the dresser.
