Disappointing

Liked: The pool was greatly appreciated, the family enjoyed it.
Disliked: My opinion is, carpet needs to be deeply involved or, replaced Refrigerator was not cold at all.The door in the room we were checked into, the door handle fell off when we entered into the room. Manager did fix it after we got settled in. Property photos online are quite deceptive. Just was not what I expected.

Liked: The location to Bush Gardens is decent.
Disliked: Bleach stained carpeted hallways greet you, wallpaper pulled off the bedroom walls and very uncomfortable beds. Make sure you bring blankets if you want them, the front desk didn't have any either night we asked.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, friendly staff
Disliked: Only one trash can in bathroom. Keys wouldn't always unlock room. Had to be repeated.

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: The hotel was pretty run down. There were obvious superficial things that needed replaced/repaired everywhere. The pool and hot tub were both freezing cold and so chlorinated that you couldn’t hardly stand it. Our room wasn’t cleaned to the standard that I’m used to in similar hotels.

Disliked: the heated pool and hot tube where ice cold called ahead of time and was assured that they both where heated and working. no hot water in our room was just barely Luke warm and water pressure was almost nonexistent if change the position of shower head u get 1 tiny stream of water. faucet in tube almost fell off when u used the shower beds where broke down.. I can keep going on but in my opinion don't waste your money by staying here.

Disappointing

Disliked: Breakfast was not that good like others has reviewed the place. Bathroom fan was too loud. Through out the night water dripping sounds from the bathroom. Room did not look clean. Indoor Pool needs to be cleaned. Jacuzzi needed to be updated.
