Liked: The staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: It was very outdated. The beds had stains and smelled the ac was covered in rust and not running. The phones were not plugged into the walls. All the outlets didn’t work. The tub was rusted and the light in the bathroom was missing the fixture so it was a hole with a bulb.

Liked: Helpful staff and close to Busch gardens
Disliked: I usually don’t fill out surveys but this one needed to be done. The pictures online looked promising so we decided to stay here before going on a short family trip to Busch Gardens. First, there was some sort of dead BUG on my sheets when I pulled the blankets back in bed. You could tell they definitely did NOT change the sheets between uses because there was also hair on the pillows, blankets, and sheets. I ended up going to the front desk to get a new blanket only for that one to also have a suspicious stain on it. Left with a very uncomfortable sleep, absolutely disgusting!

No stay

Liked: Nice staff.
Disliked: We couldn't even stay there due to a water pipe emergency. There were no rooms except one for four rooms needed (I booked two and another party booked two), but because the other party arrived first they were getting the one room. I will not try staying there again.
