Disliked: My family and I have stayed at this location a few times, when you walked in it used to smell clean but not this time, this last time it took us 20 minutes to even get checked in due to not knowing where the staff was. The bathroom floor was dirty and the floors didn’t look like they were vacuumed in our room. Also the Hall way floors were dirty. Like I said my family and I used to always stay at this location, due to it being close to Busch gardens.

Pros and cons

Liked: The person with the dreadlocks that checked me in was very nice and professional! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very relaxing
Disliked: My friend asked me if I had cut my toenails while in the shower.... Ewwww no! So that led me to believe the room was cleaned properly so we started inspecting the room! Popcorn on floor and refrigerator was horrible! They must don't have an inspector that inspect the rooms after they are cleaned! And we both got the Norovirus last night around 10 ! Gotta start disinfecting the rooms!

Close to Busch Gardens and...

Liked: The breakfast was great. It had lots of seating and choices. The lobby was welcoming.
Disliked: The bathroom was older. The shower handle was not attached completely and the toilet did not flush every time.
