Liked: It was quite beside hearing the doors close from other rooms it was allrite
Disliked: Sum what a Lil to much noise but it was a nice stay just need to air freshener the rooms better but it was a nice clean hotel tho I would stay again.

Liked: It was a nice clean atmosphere and the staff are friendly.
Disliked: They double charged me, but staff put a void on the second charge when called to her attention. I am still waiting for them to release it to my account a month later. Calling customer service dont help if you booked with a third-party app. They ask for the hotel confirm number beginning with H. On the third party app, I did not have that.

Liked: The location was the only appealing thing.
Disliked: It all started the moment I walked in. I had booked the night before (Thursday) to ensure an early check-in on Friday and even called ahead to confirm. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when I arrived, they initially refused to let me check in. After some back and forth, they finally allowed it—only to give me a room that was absolutely disgusting.The room had a musty smell, hair everywhere, stained and hole-ridden sheets, and a couch covered in stains. Everything looked dingy and unkempt. To make matters worse, they had us sit in the filthy room while they searched for another, only to come back and say there were no other available rooms.As we stood in the lobby trying to figure out what to do next, the cleaning manager suddenly approached me in a very rude manner. Caught off guard, I responded, “Excuse me?” before the front desk lady quickly intervened, stopping her and saying she was handling the situation.At that point, we requested a refund, but the staff refused. After some delay and hesitation, they only agreed when I threatened to report them to the health department—especially since there was blood on the sheets. The entire experience was unacceptable.

Disliked: My family and I have stayed at this location a few times, when you walked in it used to smell clean but not this time, this last time it took us 20 minutes to even get checked in due to not knowing where the staff was. The bathroom floor was dirty and the floors didn’t look like they were vacuumed in our room. Also the Hall way floors were dirty. Like I said my family and I used to always stay at this location, due to it being close to Busch gardens.
