This was a disappointing hotel...

Liked: The breakfast was ok. We had hot options but I would rather healthier yogurts and muffins.
Disliked: There was no countertop beside the sink so nowhere in the bathroom to out your toiletries except on the floor. The hotel did not look very clean and in fact was rather run down. The girl who helped us in the lobby when we checked in was not very friendly ,. There was old food in our mini fridge in our room. All in all a disappointing stay and we would not go back

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great. Staff was awesome. Dawn and Autumn helped with everything we needed.
Disliked: There was one night staff her name was Sierra who was very rude to me in front of 2 of my kids. She had an attitude and made it seem like I was bothering her.

Wouldn’t stay there again!!!!

Liked: The location.Quite a few eateries nearby
Disliked: Lack of security and rooms were not that good and very cold especially by the windows.

Liked: The indoor pool and the included breakfast were awesome additions.
Disliked: Housekeeping came every morning at terrible times so they never actually serviced my room my whole stay. I was charged for using towels for things other than water and small spills on the sheets.

Disliked: Didn't get the room requested, no tv remote, no dresser for clothes, or kleenex. Cob webs in the hallway. Hallway carpet was shampoo, but signs telling you. Room was the last of the hallway( husband is handicap). Toilet ran constantly and clotted second night. Was given a plunger to do ourselves. Volume on tv didn't work. Staff parked in front four parking spots(husband handicap). No hot water Friday morning at 4:30 am for either of us. Will NEVER stay here again. Ice maker broken on lower level.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, safe area, lots nearby, older hotel but very clean
Disliked: Nothing
