A nice, comfortable place to...

Liked: I stay there every time I go to Salt Lake. I feel very comfortable there and the staff are really friendly and nice.

Disliked: The front desk staff. They did not demonstrate customer service. No eye contact since the beginning. She was rude at a point. She did not show hospitality. Did not offer to help when their system shut down and were unable to check me in.
