Disliked: Didn't get the room requested, no tv remote, no dresser for clothes, or kleenex. Cob webs in the hallway. Hallway carpet was shampoo, but signs telling you. Room was the last of the hallway( husband is handicap). Toilet ran constantly and clotted second night. Was given a plunger to do ourselves. Volume on tv didn't work. Staff parked in front four parking spots(husband handicap). No hot water Friday morning at 4:30 am for either of us. Will NEVER stay here again. Ice maker broken on lower level.

Great location and friendly staff.

Liked: I love the location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The bed is quite comfortable.
Disliked: The ice machine broke when I was here last month and I was really disappointed that it was still broken on this stay. Also, I stayed for four days and I had to get a new key each day cause it wouldn’t work.
