Although the price for the...

Liked: The comfort of the bed. Coffee maker in room.
Disliked: Desk chair in really bad shape, which I couldn’t even use. While check out is at 11:00 a.m. I felt pressured to leave the room as they were standing outside my door impatiently. I vacate the room at 10:45 a.m.

I would never stay at...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The price was expensive, room service was horrible, made the beds didn't even change the sheets or straighten them out just folded the top cover. Hair in the tub and sink when we got there. No toilet paper, lights and microwave wasnt plugged in, door wouldn't hardly shut. The pictures on the internet make the place look immaculate and it's not. Breakfast was horrible, cold and burnt eggs sitting in an inch of water, horrible sausage and burnt. We wouldn't even eat it.

Liked: Spa bath dirty and floors dirty bed uncomfortable bad layout

Liked: Staff were helpful, and important things were clean, like bathroom and bedding.
Disliked: The cooling/heating controls under windows were filthy. No one seems to clean them, even though everyone touches them. The mirrors had been wiped with a dirty rag and were smeary.
