Disliked: No internet both nights, Sunday night Perkins was leaning carpets next door for 2 hours until 10:30 pm. No heads up from the staff.

Disliked: Cleanliness of the bathrooms! Hair, splatter on the bathroom mirror. The door you could open from the outside without the room key.

Liked: I’ve been to a few country inns. This was far the best one! Very clean rooms were NOT moist. Bedding very clean. The room excellent bathroom spotless. The staff super friendly. We must add the breakfast! Very good food was cooked perfectly and you were able to make your own waffles with the waffle maker just simply pour and wait for the timer. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone traveling to Waterloo IA.

Disliked: Cable TV didn't work, called front desk and sat on hold for 5 minutes so then I hung up and called back which then it was a busy signal. Woke up to marijuana smell throughout the 3rd floor and into my room. Then went to breakfast which was good until I saw a mouse run across the floor in the breakfast area.
