Someone had the wrong room number - kept banging on our door 4:00 am. The carpet in the lobby and hall way was filthy; sofa in the lobby was dirty and arms were torn; the elevator looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. Also, the curtain rod in the room was broken. I would not recommend any of my friends to stay at this hotel.

Would return without hesitation!

Liked: Front desk staff were excellent. All questions were answered and made our party feel at ease. The free breakfast was wonderful. Overall a very good experience. Staff deserves recognition.
Disliked: Shower rod broken.

Give customers rooms they paid...

Disliked: I didn’t get a junior suite like I paid for I got 2 queen beds and the room could have been cleaned better the shower was dirty and the bathroom was old and outdated.

Got no sleep!

Liked: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The room next door had people talking until 6am, yelling, very loud. I complained next day, no sleep and they said we weren’t first to complain.

Liked: The staff was great. It was quiet, peaceful walking distance to get to the football stadium
Disliked: The room was half clean and the carpet was dirty and the bathroom was dirty I went to home Depot to get some cleaning to clean the walls down inside of the shower and the tub so I didn't use the microwave because it needed to go in the trash the refrigerator wasn't defrosted breakfast was okay also the The AC unit was blowing out cold air then it would blow out hot air and for the rest of the night it will blow out cold. Had to cut the unit off.

Our stay was uncomfortable.

Disliked: The property was not clean whatsoever. For example, the floors did not look vacuumed and had stains all over them, and the bath tub had a slimy film on it. One of our group member’s bed had a plastic cover on it. We had to go to the closest store to get towels, pillows, and blankets because we did not feel comfortable using the hotel’s. We felt so uncomfortable here.

Please do better.

Liked: Honestly, nothing went well from the time we checked until we left.
Disliked: 1. The lack of efficiency of the front staff. Mido was his name. We arrived at 3:30 (check in at 3). We were told several times that rooms were being cleaned at 4:00pm. That is the reasoning as the room not being ready. The waiting area was full of customers. 2. The rooms were not clean, upon entrance you smelt air freshener, the carpet had all types of stains. I had to ask for clean linen to change the beds. The mold in the restroom. 3. The lighting in the room was extremely low, I assume so that you can not see all the dirt.

Liked: Didn't est there not alot of choices so went elsewhere
Disliked: Our shower didn't work we had to twist the back end to get water to come out, was a dirty washcloth in shower with already opened soap, booked for 4 people and only 3 bath towels and 3 wash cloths had to gonget more, when turned the heat on it rattled so had to turn down got cold couldn't sleep very good with the rattling noise told at check out and he wrote down but didn't offer a discount or nothing acted like it was no big deal

Disliked: The rooms were very dirty. We arrived after 6 pm and the room still wasn't cleaned. The receptionist had to change our room after we checked in because the original room was still not cleaned. We were able to go to the room and housekeeping were rushing to finish cleaning. Eventually, I had to help clean the room because the room ws very dirty and she didn't do a very good job with bringing the room up to par.
