We went for date night, dinner and casino. The hotel was the best! Can't say anything bad about it. Especially liked that breakfast bar wasn't closed at 9 like it was supposed to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean and quiet. Will definitely be going back! I'll admit we were concerned since such low price but was pleasantly surprised!

The people were very nice; the breakfast was very good and the hours for breakfast were great; the check out time is very nice; the price not bad either.

Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock. The pillows were toddler size. I was never told about the extra charge of $100 for incidentals (whatever that is supposed to be) there is nothing extra in the room to be incidentals!! And to top it off on the day of check out (being on the 4th floor) the elevator was out of service, no notice posted on the door, no offering of help with bags for us that are disabled and having to bring our own bags down 4 flights of stairs and having 4 bags I had to take a few bags at a time down and then go back up for the others and being a severe asthmatic I ended up having a asthma attack in the stairwell. I tried to ask for help at the front desk being heading back up to get my other 2 bags myself but Noone was at the desk at all.. when I came back down after retrieving my other 2 bags and having to sit and get my asthma under control the best i could with no inhaler or anything on me because it was in my vehicle in the bag I had already taken down, this all took an additional 15 minutes or so, time i should have not had to have wasted. When I finally got to the front desk there was now 2 African American young workers at the desk 1 male 1 female sitting there. I asked about the elevator to make sure they were aware. The male informed with attitude they knew and were getting it worked on. I told him it would have been nice if they had posted a sign up stating as much and offered to help us disabled and or elderly with out bags because they were seconds away from having to call an ambulance for me. They didn't say a word just stared at me. I said ya don't say a word because you have no common sense enough to know better that you need to let your guest know these things and you need to be aware that some guest can come down 4 flights of stares on their own without the elevator with all their baggage.
