Liked: Despite our issues and having to bring it to their attention multiple times, the ladies I dealt with at the front desk were very nice. I also liked that there was an indoor pool since it gave us a chance to swim even though it’s cold outside.
Disliked: We didn’t have ANY housekeeping services until the third day we were there and the only reason we got it is because we had to call the front desk and ask about the cleaning schedule and to request a visit by housekeeping. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day because no one had been coming to our room to clean or stock items. The day I requested someone come clean, I gathered all the trash and placed it on the table next to our trash can making it obvious it was garbage so it should have been picked up but it wasn’t. So because of that, when we came back to the hotel, our room smelled bad because at this point it had been over two days that the pizza boxes had been in the room. I called the front desk and they said they’d have someone come back up to clean but they never did because the pizza was in our room for 3 days. The shower had “something” on it.. I don’t know what, but when they came and cleaned they obviously didn’t clean the shower because it was still there. Sunday (our last full day there) we were gone all day and had told front desk again the room wasn’t clean so someone was supposed to come up and clean but they didn’t. Front desk ended up grabbing it. There was a family above us that was running back and forth until 3am each night, would stop until about 6am then start again. Sounded like children or dogs running around honestly. When I brought this up to the front desk the consolation we got was “they’re leaving tomorrow morning so you’ll only have to deal with it for one more night”. I get that people make noise when they’re above you in a room but it was over the top and front desk never said anything to them because it “would be better if we caught them in the act and then say something”. One last thing that is not necessarily anyone’s wrong doing, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Every day we woke up with a cricks in our neck and shoulders that required taking ibuprofen and rubbing numbing cream just to be able to turn my head.

Liked: Good safe feeling location.
Disliked: The bed was very hard. Not a good sleep at all. I've stayed at this hotel before and don't think the bed was this hard, so maybe it is room by room.
