Location was convenient and the...

Liked: Location was near lots of food
Disliked: There was a car parked with someone inside it on the property that was not staying at the hotel. In the car, both nights I stayed. You can hear everything outside

Good

Liked: Pool was the reason I choose the hotel and it was out of order for the whole week. First they told me next day will be fix, then by Monday, and then it will be close for a couple of weeks. I didn't even get a discount for the inconvenience. The cleaning people didn't even re stock the toilet paper or the coffee for the room. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable, staff was friendly but the experience was not so good.

Stop advertising handicap rooms when...

Liked: The breakfast was great. Location wonderful
Disliked: There was no closet to hangup our clothes. Thusly, they were wrinkled. This was a handicap room. The restroom had no handicap assistance in the shower. No bench. No handles grips on the wall. I am an amputee, This hotel inadequacy left me at the mercy of the face bowl to wash my body. Try that with one leg! Not happy. I believe that I am due a refund,Charles L. Jackson

It’s a very good stay....

Liked: Its location near the shopping mall with a few eateries and Starbucks is very good. It is within walking distance for me because I come from a very big city where I walk although the locals drive everywhere. It’s convenient for travelers who don’t rent cars.
Disliked: The elevator is a little slow and the door closes too slow for safety reason.

Above Average Stay

Liked: HOT TUB and Breakfast. Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Heater a bit loud but breakfast was a bit bad with two pans heating with no eggs or sausages at all during stay. Fruit or something instead. But satisfactory.
