If the ant problem is taken care of, I would stay there again.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.
Disliked: We had ants all over the bathroom.

I LOVED everything about the hotel! The front desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating. The room was PERFECT and I absolutely LOVED the complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning. I got a point card for Country Inn & Suites By Carlson and plan on staying at one wherever my boyfriend and I go! :)

Disliked: Unfortunately, my recent stay was far from comfortable. The beds were extremely hard, making it difficult to get any real rest. On top of that, the hot water had a strong, unpleasant odor that made showering feel more like a chore than a refreshment.While I understand that cities face challenges with homelessness, the large number of houseless individuals around the hotel made the area feel unsafe, especially during the evenings. The hotel's security presence didn't feel sufficient given the surroundings.Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
