Liked: Worst hotel and service ever. I called the hotel to let them know my family and I would arrive after 9pm as indicated in my confirmation email and the hotel receptionist told me they had no reservation for me. I had already prepaid for 3 nights and 4 days
Disliked: Very careless staff who didnt seem to care about the fact that my family and I had driven for 5 hours to get there. Word of advice. NEVER TAKE THIS HOTEL

Liked: The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I had amazing sleeps. Very quiet. The entire staff were all so professional and friendly. I would definitely be returning.
Disliked: The gym and pool were not functioning during my stay however the pool was filled and I was told on my next stay both would be accessible.

Awful experience.

Liked: This 'hotel' information is completely false. My family and I had a really bad time and I am going to send you a formal complain for the damages caused. The place you offer is a shelter for homeless people.
Disliked: The person who received us told us she could not understand why the place is still offered as a hotel if it is no longer one and it is a shelter for homeless people. When we arrived we had to look for other hotel options near where we were, I have a 6-year old kid who was exhausted, and pay more. This has been an extremely dissatisfied experience with Booking.

Liked: Fast check in. Value for money. Not very close but still manageable distance to food market place.
Disliked: Not much variety in breakfast. Under renovation; which was a disturbance of course.
