Had a nice evening getaway!

Liked: Beautiful room. Very clean. Everything we needed was in the room. Polite staff. Easy check in and check out process. Whirlpool was wonderful. Will definitely return again!
Disliked: No complaints.

If only bed was comfortable

Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Also pillows were soft and lumpy

Liked: It was nice and clean we had an issue with our jacuzzi but they reimbursed us the whole night
Disliked: We tried to use our jacuzzi but when we did it spit out a bunch of brown gunk out of the jets

Disliked: The staff was very rude to us and when we clock out they didn't want to give me my $200 deposit,girl was very rude

Good place for the price

Liked: The rooms were clean, and the front desk people were great. The location of the hotel made it easy to find. The water pressure in the shower was okay.
Disliked: The pool was supposed to be "heated," but my 3 year old wouldn't even get in it cause it was too cold. When booking, it doesn't say anything about the $25 damage deposit. The beds were uncomfortable. My mom got stuck in the bed due to her having a messed up back. The pool and hot tub looked slimy. Don't get me started on all the stink bugs that we had to kill
