Disliked: I kept calling asking for the manager and apparently he is ignoring my request.

Liked: I didn’t really like this stay, it left a bad taste in my mouth so to speak!
Disliked: The room we were given had plumbing issues, the water in the sink took forever to drain out, leaving the sink looking very dirty and the room wasn’t up to par like others have been, which kinda turned me off from wanting to book with property again.

Liked: Good size room in a good location on outskirts of Chicago. Comfy and decent breakfast facilities. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Liked: Location was great. It was kid friendly and the rooms were clean and I can see some updates
Disliked: The breakfast was not good at all. My kids did not eat, we left both days at went to a restaurant. I know its continental but for the price, I did expect more and better quality. The sofa bed was terrible!!!! It was NOT comfortable and I had to ask housekeeping to fold it up (it was too difficult). It was the worst, the kids slept on the floor.
