Liked: Besides that one staff member, it was overall a good stay and the room was comfortable!
Disliked: A staff member told me I wasn’t a good person because something happened in the system where the room I booked was also booked by a bride & I wasn’t willing to switch rooms bevause it was my birthday and I booked this months in advance. Not my fault, fix the system. I had been planning on this and been booked it I wasn’t going to give my room up especially after all I paid I just wanted to relax and enjoy my birthday with my family and friends.
