Disliked: There was a "couple" and I use that term loosely, in the breakfast area. They were making a mess, dropping food everywhere and eating over the stations. When I asked the desk attendant, Eric, to address it, his response was, "that's above my pay grade." I then asked for the number to corporate quarters. He responded, "there is no corporate number." If the staff isnt going to address these concerns with unruly guests, they will lose business. I stay here several times a month for business. I will not be returning.

Disliked: The sofa in our room was so dirty so disgusting. We asked the housekeeper for towels, so we would be able to sit on it we moved the sofa to pull it out, so my son can sleep on it and in the bottom of the sofa there was old fries, noodle and paper a bunch of trash under it housekeeping needs to do their job correctly. They do not move furniture around to clean under them. We were there for three days and tonight The door to our room was hard to open or close. It had a bunch of screws like someone had broken into it. We went for breakfast on Monday morning. They had no plates. They said they had ran out. They had no eggs. They said they had ran out. They had no yogurts. They had ran out too.
