Attitude change needs to be...

Liked: It was cold in the room. Noise above and a soiled blanket with urine like substance. Upon my arrival the host was not friendly. When I called about the stomping above my head I called and was told I’m booking someone in a place on hold for 5 minutes then I was told they went to let the person upstairs now they were to loud however it didn’t do anything. I asked to be reassigned to another room and I was told that was not an option.

Good value hotel, good location...

Liked: Breakfast was similar to other hotel’s free breakfast. The coffee was quite good. The shower was hot and had good pressure, which scores high with me. Staff were all very nice.
Disliked: The television was a bit small and their DTV system didn’t work during a rather severe thunderstorm, which seems to be a fairly common problem with DTV.
