Staff extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Will stay again!

Liked: Very clean; conveniently located to venue.
Disliked: Pillows too soft.

Liked: Staff was great, common areas were clean but room smelled of pee and vomit.
Disliked: Room had a horrible odor. For the price, we were expecting a nicer hotel.

Liked: The staff was very nice, courteous, and knowledgable about the facility.
Disliked: The furniture and kitchenette were very outdated, and the beds were very hard with no box springs to support the mattress. I was so disappointed that the carpeting and base boards in the rooms were so dingy looking. I paid a considerable amount of money for this run down property. I will never get a hotel at this location again.

Liked: The Staff for BREAKFAST was Awesome, and Courteous. Even with the heavy flow of people ~ She still balance the shortage of FOOD. Meaning ~ she kept the food restock without long delays. The Desk Clerk was Courteous, and Professional. When I had questions ~ she was able to help resolve them.
Disliked: I was pleased in all areas

Would definitely book again

Disliked: My recent atay this past weekend was one of the worst experience my family and I had staying at you'll facility. The room was old, dirty, bed bugs house keeping poor or not existing. We asked for additional clean towels, hotel staff could not accommodate. My family and I travel to this area in Tampa quite a bit for competition, and this was a terrible experience for the kids, in which one refuse to stay in the room. Other problems was kitchen faucet leaking. No pride in work, miss matched lighting receptacles. How in the h--' are you going to charge a family 200 plus a night for a dump. I'm requesting a full refund. I'm not sure if I will continue to use your facility, nor recommend any members in my organization to use in the future.
