Disliked: My recent atay this past weekend was one of the worst experience my family and I had staying at you'll facility. The room was old, dirty, bed bugs house keeping poor or not existing. We asked for additional clean towels, hotel staff could not accommodate. My family and I travel to this area in Tampa quite a bit for competition, and this was a terrible experience for the kids, in which one refuse to stay in the room. Other problems was kitchen faucet leaking. No pride in work, miss matched lighting receptacles. How in the h--' are you going to charge a family 200 plus a night for a dump. I'm requesting a full refund. I'm not sure if I will continue to use your facility, nor recommend any members in my organization to use in the future.

Liked: The room was clean, and breakfast was a buffet style. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I checked out the next day as they had no rooms available for the that night. However, I was told they would have a room the following night. I reserved a room for two more nights. Unfortunately, the staff did not do anything with the information.

We will not be staying...

Liked: Front desk and manager were professional and kind.
Disliked: Hotel was dirty. The room had no towels. The elevator reeked of marijuana.
