Disliked: My first room the AC was open (without case) and all the cores were on the floor and was not working either.The carpet was humid and wet (bad smell) The bed was uncomfortable The breakfast was supposed to be until 10, and I was at 9:15 and I could not find nothing to eat. It’s over valued for the amenities

I would not stay here...

Liked: Honestly this property we had to change rooms after a hour of being here because the room smelled like mildew horribly. We got a new room right next door it was a little better but I am pregnant woke up and 2am due to loud noise from the bar next door and people hooking their horns. I had a horrible headache from the smell of the room. When we got up to leave and check out my shoes were damp and clothes just from the moisture in the room. The second room we got the bathroom had hair all over the floor.

Liked: comfy bed, nice size room
Disliked: no safe in room. not great for international travellers. ,counter staff took $10 to put our documents and money in their safe. then left it on their desk, said they ‘would put in the safe later’ was dubious and challenged why it wasn’t being put straight in the safe, and was assured they would . No ID / room number was taken. when returned 6 hours later there was a new member of staff, we asked if we could get our documents out the safe and she looked confused then saw our folder still behind the desk (same place we saw it put earlier) . we were very angry about our items not being put somewhere safe (especially as we had paid for this, they weren’t doing us a favour! ) but was met with indifference.

Convenient hotel for an after-flight...

Disliked: The first night we got in late. Opened the door to the room and immediately were hit in the face with a musty smell. With three kids in tow we would deal with it the next day. When we woke up to shower, no hot water. Called down around 7am and was told maintenance didn’t come in until 830am. Waited until about 910 for maintenance to come. He took something off, ran the water for a while and told us that hot was down and not up. We then had to leave as we had a scheduled meeting at 10. When we got back later that night I requested to change rooms, which we did. This room didn’t smell as bad, but the water was still an issue. While showering it would be hot, then warm, then cold, then back to warm. It never fully got nice and hot. We couldn’t wait to leave the hotel.

Disliked: Customer service/pleasantness of staff depended on who was at the front desk. There was no enforcement of pool rules. There were 4 young adults at the pool on Sunday eating food and drinking beer from glass bottles. There also someone smoking at the pool ( in fairness I’m not sure if the area was included in the no smoking environment. Only one wash cloth in the room for 2 people with service being every 3 days. The 1st time I asked for I was told they didn’t have any (after she checked behind the deadline area). The 2nd day I asked and had to go to the front desk to get them. There was obviously some smoking pot on our floor. It could be smelled every day. When I walked by that room that a housekeeper was cleaning (obviously after check out) I could see thick smoke in the room. The housekeeper had to cover her nose and mouth to go in to clean it. The handle in the shoulder came off in my hand. The pillows were very worn and thin. Very uncomfortable
