Front desk staff were terrific...

Disliked: We had a room considered handicap accessible. It had a large broom and lots of room. However although there were multiple bars in the shower/the sides of the tub were easily 2 1/2 to 3 feet high. My husband could not use the shower!

Disliked: Little disappointing that pool and hot tub not usable. Hot tub had heater issues.

Liked: The rooms were very spacious and had accommodations that meet the needs of a long stay. Close to the freeway and 10 minutes from airport.
Disliked: Had to request cleaning the room. No other issues.

No frills

Liked: Location was good but hotels need some improvement. King room was small. A recent paint job in room was sloppy. King bed/mattress needed replacing as it sunk in the middle. Room key had to be reset every day. Hotel front staff was accommodating but it sucked that keys were an issue. Breakfast was the usual fair. Don’t like biscuits and gravy so only ate at hotel once. Would not stay again or recommend to friends.

Disliked: The two nights that I stayed at this hotel there were unruly guests that allowed thier child run up and down the hallway until 1 am screaming and banging on the walls. I called and complained and was told I am discriminating against the other family because they had a child with autism and how dare my family complain. When I called Comfort Inn corporate they wouldn't do anything. When I called Booking.com they wouldn't do anything.
