All in all a great stay. Staff was fantastic! Dude at the desk recommended an awesome Uber driver. The room could have been cleaned a little better but a comfortable stay.

Great room for reasonable price

Liked: Breakfast was kept filled. Breakfast attendant was very pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was quite comfortable.

Hotel was fine other than...

Disliked: I was charged by booking.com for the room, paid full price. I was then charged by the hotel and paid full price. I thought I was giving them my card for incidentals but they booked a whole new reservation without even telling me. I called a week later, gave them my booking.com reference number and they said this has happened before and that a manager would call me back in a fay or 2. Never got that call so I call again. Same song and dance and again the manahe never called. After being charged twice for one service I disputed the charge with my credit card company. If you say you are going to call someone back not once, but twice and don't after you made the mistake, that's unprofessional.

Disliked: Elevator was getting upgraded sign on ft desk that it was out of order way before we made our reservations my wife n I have bad knees and had to take stairs no 1st floor rooms available. We 100% would not have stayed if we knew that. Also hallway carpet and bathroom floor near shower were gross.
