All in all a great stay. Staff was fantastic! Dude at the desk recommended an awesome Uber driver. The room could have been cleaned a little better but a comfortable stay.

Disliked: Lumpy bed. No bottled water in room. Bare bones. A/C blew on me in bed so nose dried up. 2nd time I've stayed there. Won't be back.

Room needs some TLC

Liked: The breakfast was good, the breakfast attendant was very friendly.
Disliked: The room seemed very unfinished, missing molding, mismatched doors, etc. Appears some improvements were done like newer floors, but some things definitely needed some TLC. The sheetrock around the shower was bubbled and cracked, shower curtain rod had globs of caulking around it, the soap dispenser in shower was broken. The room appeared clean, but wasn't very aesthetically pleasing to the eye with the needed updates.

Liked: First impression building looks good- lobby ok but all chairs seats are worn out - first impression. Went to pay and had to wrote our CC down as the internet was down or something - got cards went to room - elevator was dirty - 2nd floor smelt like skunk when we got off elevator - room was ok. could of been much better if a few hours more would of been spent at time of reno - or when new vanity and furniture was installed - the ceilings hang down and are very dated - simly sand or scrape them and a bit of primmer would make a huge difference. wall paint slopped in the ceiling - one lamp shade was sitting on the bulb - while lamp was bent - we straightened it up and fixed the bracket. One bedlight reading light worked other didn't - bed was great - room was clean - few bugs but they get in everywhere, Breakfast was great - but the front desk had noone manning it - there was room cards all over the counter from others that just left them since they couldnt check out - we ended up doing the same. Some tub repair - wouldnt cost much but could turn the bathroom into much better experience with probably under $100 repair. Door did not latch unless you pushed it shut - not very secure feeling.... The furniture and vanity upgrades were great but just couple more things as noted above could have made it a 5 star...
Disliked: see above - ugly slopped on dated popcorn ceilings, worn looking tub base - poor door latch, worn out lobby / breakfast table chair seats, gooey elevator, no office internet - not sure if this was internal or an external issue - non working dong (reading light) on the bed lamps - would of been better to zip tie them looped back into the body so they were not usable as not to attractive anyhow -

Superb

Liked: The bed linens were soft and lovely. The bathroom toiletries were very nice, too. Everything super clean. Desk clerk efficient and recommended an excellent riverside restaurant for dinner.
Disliked: Breakfast was average fare.
