Very good

Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: Two of the 3 TV remotes did not work, but we didn't stay there to watch TV. Manual ON/OFF switches didn't work. Power cords were plugged in.

Nice Location, really comfy room.

Liked: Really nice Room and Facility. The Pool and hot tub were great, although there was far too much chlorine in the hot tub.Handy location to a lot of fast food and UW- Stevens Point. Great trail system behind the hotel for walking or running.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: Everything was just great! King suite with jetted tub very clean quiet excellent after a long day
Disliked: Mattress was low quality and you could feel some springs sitting on the edge through the material. Just updating the mattress in the premium rooms might be a good idea. Would have been totally acceptable for a standard rate room. I should also add I did have a good night sleep but expected just a little more for the price of a premium room. It probably was a good mattress when it was purchased but it's an older hotel so they probably just need to update it.
