Excellent stay here; the staff were welcoming and helpful. Craig at the desk was an awesome help with getting around town. Definitely coming back.

Great Experience

Liked: The front desk staff was phenomenal. We ordered a pizza and salads from a pizza / sub place across the street from them. They delivered our order to the room but forgot the dressing for the salads. I called the front desk to see by chance if they had salad dressing... they didn't but the girls at the desk had their personal salad dressing in the fridge for their lunches. They ran that up to us and my wife and I were super grateful. The morning breakfast was really good too.

Our home away from home

Liked: The location is perfect for having business at college park and super close to stores on both ends of town. The building is very well kept and clean, comfortable beds, check out at noon, great breakfast and extremely kind staff. Only hotel I stay at when going to state college.

Vacation with an unexpected outcome!

Liked: We were headed home to Ohio after checking out of the hotel and got into a car accident. Needless to say, it was a terrible experience! But because the hotel was so close to the accident location, the police took us back to make arrangements to get a rental car and go home. We were camped out in the hotel lobby for hours while I connected with my insurance company for the claim. EVERYONE on staff was so kind. Hours later, they allowed us to catch the complimentary shuttle to the airport where we picked up our rental car to drive home. Outside of the hotel being neat, clean, and comfortable, the staff are A+!
Disliked: Our sink had a slow drain. We called the front desk, and the maintenance man came up, fixed it up, no more problems. He was awesome!The pull-out couch is a typical pull-out, not much cushion, but it was clean.
