Don’t stay there the night of a concert. You won’t get any sleep!

Liked: The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: A large group of guests arrived at 4:00AM, and proceeded to yell at the top of their lungs in the lobby area.

Safe, polite staff, room for...

Liked: Secure, friendly staff, close to the interstate.
Disliked: Cracked bathroom tiles, mold in bath tub, 3rd floor hallway smell unpleasant, room prices $215 a night too high.

Liked: Was nice and new looking
Disliked: Saw a roach in my room people were amazing. Great staff!

Good stay at a good...

Liked: Good breakfast, comfortable room, friendly staff.
Disliked: Cleaning service every three days is not enough. The trash cans and coffee maker were dirty. Hotel not offer free shuttle service to any near attractions.

High and dry from hurricane...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Ac and power went out for over 24 hours with no alternative accommodations offered. These issues were not across the entire hotel but only certain rooms. I am disabled and very uncomfortable during that time.
