Liked: Room was nice breakfast was packed with people and had a broke down toaster and waffle maker so lines were forming and the hot meal prepared was biscuits and gravy not my personal favorite at all . If the hot meal was better the broke down toaster and one waffle maker for a pile of kids wouldn’t have been a bother . Was a bit loud also until 10

It was very amazing!

Liked: It was very clean and well managed. Very easy to get to and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Had a very nice pool and workout area and the breakfast was good. I also appreciated the chocolate chip cookies (so did my 18mo baby!). Property also has thick walls and you can’t hear too much in the hallways.

Disliked: We had to ask for handsoap:(I called to let the hotel know I arrived and I'm with my sister at the assisted living in town. I asked to pay over the phone, and she said I have to check in by 2:00 AM. Earlier a gentleman told me 6 or 7am? When I arrived to pay I mentioned my sister being ill.My other sister and her husband also stayed there the same weekend. They told me they were given a discount for a one more night stay and reimbursed the discount off the two nights before because our sister was on her last hours. She died Monday, just after 2am.I had to leave Sunday I could care less for the discount, but you ask why we are using your hotel, and we stated family. If you have a policy that offers a discount for family reason like a deathly ill relative, shouldn't the person behind the desk offer it? Respectfully, V L
